The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I felt like I was floating above the city, with panoramic views of the sparkling coastline and the bustling streets below. It was like having my own private VIP box at a stadium, but with much comfier seating!
Noisy in the morning.

Upon arrival, Sandra was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the flat was central and convenient, with supermarkets and shops nearby. The apartment itself was renovated to a good standard and had excellent equipment. The building lift was a great advantage.
Nothing not to like.

Cozy place! My kid and I had a blast during our stay. The host made sure I had a fantastic time during my short visit. The location was top-notch - we had easy access to a cool fortress nearby. 🏰

Sandra was a total lifesaver, giving us all the deets on the city and reminding us to chill. The centrally located flat was mind-blowingly convenient, with a renovated and attractive design, top-notch equipment , and a much-needed lift. The spacious room felt more like a studio, complete with a fabulous balcony and even an extra bed. Plus, the location near the port, bus station, city center, and markets was jaw-droppingly ideal. Our friendly host was an amazing bonus, making us feel right at home. A visit to Split doesn't get much better than this!

The apartment had a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The seating area was comfortable, perfect for chilling after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen was great for cooking my own meals and saving money. The flat-screen TV with cable channels provided entertainment during downtime. The private bathroom was clean and had free toiletries, making me feel pampered. The air conditioning in each unit kept me cool in the Croatian heat.
Personally, I didn't care for the parquet floors in the units.

As a family of three, we stayed at Luxury Living Apartments for a week during our vacation. The spacious and comfortable studio-style room exceeded our expectations, with a corner kitchen, large refrigerator, and an extra bed for our child. The big balcony was a bonus, offering a lovely view. The location was ideal, with the port, bus station, city center, and a fresh fruits and vegetables market just steps away. Plus, having a 24-hour open bakery nearby was convenient. Our host, a friendly and informative lady, made our stay even more enjoyable.
Would recommend this hotel.

Having a fully equipped kitchen during our stay was a game-changer. We felt like master chefs in our own little culinary haven, whipping up gourmet meals with the finesse of Gordon Ramsay himself. Trust me, our taste buds did a happy dance with every bite!
Noise.

I recently stayed at Luxury Living Apartments in Split for a week-long vacation. The apartment was perfectly placed just outside Diocletian's Palace and close to the bus station, harbor, and a beautiful sandy beach. The price was great, especially with the discount I received when I booked. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was nicely furnished with an adequate kitchen, and the selection of breakfasts included at the nearby restaurant, Diocletian's Wine House, was fantastic. Additionally, my room faced away from a busy road, so noise was minimal.
I do recommend this hotel.

The apartment had everything we needed and was located just a short walk away from all the main attractions. Supermarkets and shops were right next door, making it convenient for us to get any supplies we needed. the kitchenette was well-equipped and allowed us to cook our own meals. Plus, the friendly host gave us great information about the area and was there to greet us upon arrival.
The balcony shutters were either locked or broken, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor space. if you're arriving by car, be prepared for some confusion as the instructions for unloading luggage could have been clearer.
